Identify and correct specific behaviors for individual drivers
You rely on RAIR reports to help identify drivers who put your fleet at risk through unsafe and non-compliant driving behaviors. Now you can also depend on us to help reduce your fleet’s risk with driver training.
We now offer Pro-TREAD online driver training, accessible from within our system. When you identify unsafe or non-compliant driver behaviors, you can click on a link to Pro-TREAD’s site and assign an appropriate training lesson to individual drivers.
Example #1: A user of RAIR’s DVIR auditing program can identify a driver who routinely fails to perform proper pre-trip inspections on his tanker. The user can go directly from RAIR’s DVIR reports to Pro-TREAD to assign the Tanker Pre-Trip Inspection lesson.
Example #2: A driver is disqualified for more than 90 days for violating an out-of-service order for the first time. The driver’s supervisor goes into RAIR’s system to update the driver’s DQ file. While in the DQ file, the supervisor can also go directly to Pro-TREAD to assign the Driver Qualification lesson to this driver. The lesson will teach the driver the consequences of violating and out-of-service order again.
