You can skip the portal page when you log into RAIR’s site by changing the default setting. To make this change, select one of your services from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the portal page. Then click “Save Default.”
Next time you log in, you will skip the portal page and go directly to the menu page of the service you selected. If you change your mind, you can follow the same process to change the default setting again.
On occasion, RAIR will reset the defaults for all of our users, forcing you to view the portal page. This will only occur when we have important news to share. After you view the portal page, you can reset the default.
