A new page for accessing your services
We are creating a new web portal for accessing our system. All of our services (driver log auditing, CSA, DQ file management, DVIR auditing, etc.) will be accessed through a single integrated web page.
How it will work
After we make the transition to the new portal page, users will access our system by going to portal.rair.com. Simply enter your existing username and password, and you will arrive at our new landing page. If you go to the current portal page, you will be redirected automatically to the new portal for the first several weeks after its introduction.
Users will be able to continue accessing our system through the Client Login link on www.rair.com. This link will take users directly to the new portal page, once we make the transition.
Timing
Our new portal page is currently undergoing quality assurance testing. We are scheduled to transition to the new portal page on Friday, July 22. We will send another e-mail update a few days prior to making the transition.
Reasons for the change
The new web portal will offer several benefits to our clients:
- Our services will be easier to use. You will log in one time, and you will be able to move more easily between our different services.
- Your data will be more secure.
- The new portal page will also help you stay informed about updates and new features. Instead of waiting for this information to arrive by e-mail, you will be alerted of changes as we make them.
