Logs/DQ/CSA: Driver Dashboard
RAIR’s Driver Dashboard allows users to quickly assess a driver’s performance. The Driver Dashboard is a complementary service to users of RAIR’s Log Auditing, Driver Qualifications, and CSA services. The dashboard summarizes all of a driver’s data within RAIR’s system. Links to RAIR’s reporting programs are embedded in the dashboard, enabling users to quickly access more detailed information on the driver.
For carriers who use customized scoring within RAIR’s system, the dashboard presents the driver’s score, so users can see how the driver is performing relative to other drivers in the fleet.

Logs: Driver Watch List
Carriers often want to track hours-of-service for specific groups of drivers, such as new drivers or drivers with problematic HOS histories. RAIR’s driver log service now allows users to create a driver watch list, a subset of drivers they want to monitor. The watch list will appear under the Organization drop-down menu of the Company Management Summary. Users can then run this report for set of drivers on the watch list. Please contact your account manager with questions or to add the Driver Watch List feature to your log program.
CSA: User Access by DOT No.
CSA clients that hold two or more DOT numbers have asked for the ability to control user access to RAIR’s CSA website. This function is now available. Please contact your account manager for more information.
GPS: Co-Driver Log Search Button
GPS verification clients can now access a co-driver’s log based on a shared truck ID and date. A co-driver search button is available in all image viewers throughout RAIR’s driver log auditing system. Please contact your account manager with questions about using the co-driver search button.
CSA: Start and End Date Filters
Start and end date filters have been added to the CSI Corporate Summary report. This will allow users to filter the report results by a timeframe of their choosing. By default, the report will display results for 36 months if no dates have been selected. Please contact your account manager with questions.
