How it works
- We receive your logs. You can send us paper logs, which we’ll scan at no charge, or electronic images of your logs, scanned in-house or with truck-stop scanning. We even work with EOBR data streams.
- We scan and audit your logs. Our scanning system recognizes and records the designated fields (driver ID code, dates, truck number, etc.) and even the graph on your logs. Audited results are available within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the logs. We store your logs for the required six months and then delete them. RAIR can also note fuel stops, pick-ups and deliveries, motor carrier profiles, and other information carriers provide.
- We manage the DVIRs. We include basic DVIR management reports if DVIRs are part of your logs. We electronically “detach” the DVIR from the log document and store it securely for the required period of 90 days. Reports on vehicles that require maintenance and repairs are easily generated. You can update reports after work on the vehicle has been completed. In the event of an accident, well-documented DVIRs and maintenance records are critical evidence that can help protect your company from costly litigation.
- You can access custom reports 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our service does not require an investment in hardware, software, training or individual user licenses. It’s completely web-based and allows you to access your reports when and where you choose. You can view as much detail as you need – from a corporate summary to a list of drivers likely to be audited to detailed information about an individual driver. You can also download reports as an Excel spreadsheet.
- We support you with outstanding customer service. Each RAIR client is assigned an individual customer service representative, located at our headquarters, who can be reached by direct dial or by e-mail. You will always reach a person because we have no automated answering system. We even have after-hours support for emergencies.
