Customization is standard at RAIR. Each client receives a tailor-made solution at an out-of-the-box price. We begin by creating a custom web interface for each client, allowing carriers to view their safety and compliance data according to their company’s organizational structure. We also offer:
- Customized templates for each log form, allowing drivers to continue to use their existing driver logs
- Company-specific violations for speeding and other measures
- Points system for specific violations to rank and counsel drivers
- Automated email alerts for red flag violations
We do our best to meet the reporting and analysis needs of each clients, even when it means creating a customized report. Here are a few examples.
Driver Watch List
One of our clients wanted to track hours of service for two specific groups of drivers — new drivers and drivers with problematic HOS histories. We created RAIR’s driver log service now allows users to create a driver watch list with a subset of its drivers. Users can then run this report for set of drivers on the watch list.
34-Hour Restart Report
Another client needed help tracking drivers’ with 34-hour restarts, so we created a report listing these drivers, along with their driver ID, location, and the logs dates affected by the restart. Users can click on a log dates to view an image of the log in question.
Personal Conveyance Report
After transitioning to EOBRs, a client noticed that some drivers appeared to be extending their work day by taking advantage of the carrier’s allowance for personal conveyance. The client asked for a report that would track drivers’ use of personal conveyance. The report identifies drivers whose use of off duty driving exceeds a certain threshhold, determined by the person building the report.
